Refunds and Returns Policy

Because our products and services are digital or time-based, all sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Books and Digital Products

All book sales — including paperback, eBook, and audiobook editions of From Turmoil to Triumph — are non-refundable.
Once a purchase has been completed through this website or a third-party retailer (such as Amazon), the transaction cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.

2. Consulting Services

Consulting sessions are offered by Antone Hempstock LLC on a pre-paid basis.

• The minimum booking is one (1) hour.
• Payment for consulting time must be made in advance.
• Once a session is booked and payment has been processed, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued — even if the full purchased time is not used.
• If you need to reschedule a consulting session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We’ll gladly move your session to a new time without penalty.
• Failure to attend a scheduled session (a no-show) will result in forfeiture of that time without refund.

This policy ensures that we reserve dedicated time and preparation for each client engagement.

3. Cancellations

Because consulting time is reserved in advance, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
If you must cancel, you may request to reschedule your session within 30 days of the original booking date.

4. Digital and Service-Based Sales

All purchases of services, downloadable files, or access-based products are final once delivered or scheduled.
There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds for digital or intellectual property once access is granted.
