A useful inspection service needs more than a report template. Customers need to understand how to order, inspectors need clear instructions, and the team needs dependable processes from the first request to the finished report.
My focus as founder
- Customer workflows: ordering, communication, and clear next steps.
- Inspector operations: assignments, tools, and practical operating processes.
- Report standards: inspection scope, required photographs, and understandable vehicle condition reporting.
- Business systems: pricing, service options, and ongoing platform improvements.
I continue to lead the business and refine its operations. The goal is straightforward: make inspections easier to order, give inspectors clear expectations, and help customers understand a vehicle’s condition before buying.
